Welcome to Garwood,  home of the Grizzlies!!

Hi!  Thank you for taking the time to check out our school website.  This website will give you a glimpse of who we are and what we’re about.  The real picture, however, comes from visiting our school, feeling the warm, positive atmosphere, seeing the bright new mural on the walls by the library, meeting our caring, committed staff,  noticing all the parent volunteers busy in the school, and seeing our wonderful students in their classrooms, our hallways, at lunch, or outside.

Time and again, the warm “feel” of our school is commented on by visitors and parents.  Many families have made the decision to purchase a home within our zone due to the excellent reputation of our school district and the positive atmosphere of our school.  If you’re looking at the purchase of a home in the area, stop by or call ahead  (208 687 1265) and let my secretaries know you would like to set up an appointment with me.  I will make every effort to be available to give you a tour of our school and let you begin to experience, first hand, what makes Garwood Elementary a great school to be a part of!
