COURSE OFFERINGS

Seventh grade students are required to take Language Arts/Keyboarding Block (English, Reading, Spelling and Keyboarding), Life Science, Math and Social Studies, as well as Physical Education and Health. 

Eighth grade students are required to take Language Arts/Keyboarding Block (English, Reading, Spelling, Keyboarding) Earth Science, Pre-Algebra or Algebra and U.S. History, as well as Physical Education and Health. 

Additionally, students may elect to participate in band or an exploratory programs including culinary arts, industrial technology, choir, drama, art, fantasy sports, lifetime activities, drama, mechanical engineer and creative development, sign language.

Students receive career education as a part of the regular instruction in each subject. 

Special program such as STRIVE (gifted and talented), Resource Room and Learning Disabled classes are available.
