This course introduces students to a variety of painting media and techniques, including color mixing and composition, as well as watercolor, oils, and acrylics. There is an emphasis on art history, individual artistic development, and the use of drawing and visualization skills. Advanced Painting is designed as a continuation to Beginning Painting and gives students the opportunity to further develop their own style and improve overall technique.
