Now that we have the career picked out and the plan to get there, now lets see how much your really going to make.

Open the Budget page.

Figure what your budget will be for the career that you chose yesterday.  Use the Median Annual wage for your occupation (50%). 

Now you need to use the Internet to find a car and a house that can fit into your budget.  Use the payment calculator below to figure your monthly payments.  This information needs to be typed up on a new document.  Show ALL your work so it's easy to understand.

Remember you will need to pay 6% tax on the car purchase, so that needs to be added to the price BEFORE you figure your payments.

You will have 60 payments with an interest rate of 8% for your car and 360 payments with interest rate of 6% for the house.
