Each spring, the Timberlake Track Team's distance runners (which includes many of the members on Cross Country team) volunteer their time once a week at Garwood Elementary School to help coach young runners. This time is well-spent as it not only encourages young people to get involved in the sport of running, but also helps build our team members' leadership skills.
