Artwork

• Original art only. No kits!
• Any 2-dimensional media
• Artwork does not need to be framed to enter
• However, if selected, artwork must then be suitably framed or matted
• Artist is responsible for transport & retrieval from Timberlake HS
• Artwork will Not be insured during any part of exhibition
• Anyone concerned about maintenance or insurance of their artwork are encouraged to self-insure their selected entries
• Artwork will not be removed prior to the end of the exhibition

Images

• Good quality digital images!
• Titled with artist's Lastname followed by an underline and number that matches the Registration Forms
• Example: Smith_01.jpg
• JPG files only. Do not submit file within a Word, Power Point, or similar document
• Limit is 3 images for Timberlake Creates, 1 image for Heritage entries
• Artwork may not be double-entered between events

Applications

• Timberlake Creates Juried Exhibition fees:
• Students $5 per entry (limit 3)
• Adult Community $10 (limit 3)
• Adult Professional $15 (limit 3)
• Spirit Lake Heritage application fees:
• $10 (limit 1)
• Make checks payable to Timberlake Creates
• Release from liability is required.  See Registration form
• Image list must correspond to images sent
• Include brief explanation of how you are connected to the Timberlake community
